Far from austere and heavy, this Cab offers up a bouquet of aromas and flavors; cherries, black olives, thyme, blackberry, dried leaves, and a hint of earth. The pallet is warm and generous, without being overpowering, and has plenty of ripe fruit and chalky tannins. The finish is medium and begs for another sip.
