Description
Poderi Colla Barolo Bussia 2016
The vineyard is located in the hamlet of Dardi, in Bussia Soprana di Monforte, and was the first to be vinified separately by Beppe Colla in 1961.
The vinficiation style behind the Barolo and the Barbaresco is consistent with occasionally the time in bottle before release varying. The wine macerates on its skins for two to three weeks depending on the vintage. The wine ages for one year in large oak casks and for one to two years in bottle before release.
