Our best value Champagne! This is a second label by Ployez-Jacquemart and is 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. Dosage is extra brut.

A well-balanced Champagne, with a vibrant backbone of acidity and a creamy mousse, this offers spice and tea rose accents to the crushed white cherry, toasty and candied lemon zest flavors. Clean-cut finish. Disgorged October 2017. Drink now through 2020. 2,500 cases made, 475 cases imported.
