The historic and renowned Venetian winery Giuseppe Quintarelli gives life to this Dry White obtained from typical Valpolicella vines such as 70% Garganega, 30% Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Trebbiano, processed according to completely natural methods which include the use of copper and sulfur in the vineyard. In the cellar the wine ferments and ages in glass and steel with its own yeasts, an aspect that increases its structure and richness. At sight it expresses a straw yellow color with golden reflections, while the nose offers aromas of ripe fruit (especially peach and apricot), for a pleasant and aromatic sip, with beautiful freshness and persistence.
