  • Whole cluster pressed; must is cold settled and racked into barrels (1/3 new oak); Little to no battonage. Light fining and filtering. Bottled after 18 months.

Slightly cooler aromas speak of green apple, lemon-lime and mineral reduction. There is excellent volume and almost painful intensity to the equally mineral-driven flavors that possess just a bit more depth on the persistent, markedly dry and lightly austere finale that is just a bit firmer. Lovely and worth considering.
