Description
Domaine Roland Lavantureux ‘Vau de Vey’ 1er Cru Chablis 2017
Vau de Vey is located between Chablis and Beine. This parcel is extremely steep, the farming is 100% manual. Soil is almost only limestone that bring the high mineral intensity. Fermented in stainless steel. 60% of the wine is aged in barrels that are 2 to 4 years old for 8 months, 40% aged in stainless steel. Bottling by ourselves at the Domaine.
This wine is as intense as the work to farm the parcel! The nose is clear and classic on citrus notes and tasting confirm a very high intensity.
