Domaine Eden Santa Cruz Mtns Pinot Noir 2015

Grown on a north facing slope at 1600 feet, the grapes were harvested from August 17th – September 16th under perfect late summer days. All fermentations were natural and the wine was aged for 12 months in one to three-year-old French oak. There was no fining or filtration before bottling.
