To create Sutter Home White Zinfandel’s pale pink color and touch of sweetness, Zinfandel grapes are immediately pressed after harvest to collect the rich, concentrated free-run juice. Winemakers then cold-ferment the juice at 60°F in stainless steel tanks to enhance the wine’s fresh aromas, fruity flavors and crisp acidity.
Sutter Home White Zinfandel captures attention with its beautiful, pale pink color and delicate aromas of sun-ripened berries. Sweet, creamy strawberry and melon flavors mingle with a hint of vanilla on the palate. A crisp, refreshing finish adds balance to this delicious, lightly sweet wine, making it the perfect partner for a wide variety of foods. Serve well-chilled.
Pair with spicy Asian cuisine, shrimp cocktail, grilled chicken.
