Antoine Mabileau manages the 16 hectares of Château Moulin Bellegrave in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation area. The winegrowing techniques used for several years are maintained and refined: natural controlled grass growing between every second row of vines, vine selection, manual leaf thinning, green harvesting, selection of grape harvest both at the vines and the winery. The winegrower respects the practice of sustainable agriculture.

Blend: Merlot 80%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%
