80/20 is a new iteration of Bushmills popular Black Bush blended Irish whiskey, released in 2022, that is made with a combination of 80% Bushmills single malt matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and 20% Irish grain whiskey. Aromas of rich fruitcake, toasted walnuts, sherry-soaked raisins, baking spices and oaky spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of allspice, ripe peaches, walnuts, almonds, dried fruit, black pepper and vanilla throughout the palate.
