Benjamin Leroux Bourgogne Blanc 2018
The Bourgogne Blanc, which had been bottled 80% under Screwcap and 20% under DIAM just prior to the harvest, has a crisp and slightly waxy bouquet. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity, subtle tropical tones surfacing towards the fresh, easy-drinking finish.

- Terroir: Varies depending on the vintage, but often includes Meursault and Puligny-area vineyards
- Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée, organic methods
- Vinification: Directly pressed, light settling before transfer to larger oak foudres and barrels (up to 10% new oak) for indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 months, fined and/or filtered if necessary.
