Its seductive color makes Gulp/Hablo resemble an artisanal orange soda, but it happens to be our new easy-drinking skin-contact wine. We’ve already featured Juan Antonio Ponce’s Gulp/Hablo Garnacha, and now we’re really excited about his 50/50 blend of Verdejo & Sauvignon Blanc vinified in clay & oak with indigenous yeast and spontaneous fermentation. It’s an absolutely delicious Orange wine that’s unfiltered, vegan, low sulfur, Biodynamic, and low on the funk factor.
