Description
Domaine des Bérioles ‘Trésaille’ Val de Loire Tressalier 2022
Tressallier is a local varietal unique to Saint-Pourçain which is at risk of being pulled out and replaced by more internationally-known grape varieties. Domaine des Bérioles is determined to preserve Tressallier and to make wines that demonstrate its full potential. Only 30 hectares of Tressallier exist in the world and the majority are in Saint-Pourçain.
This wine expresses finesse, elegance and richness. Dry, it reveals well balanced aromas, notes of tropical fruit, a touch of citrus and a long-lasting finish. Drink chilled with shellfish and fish dishes.
