All fruit is hand-harvested and sorted, vinification takes place in thermo-regulated cement cuves over four to five weeks, wine is raised in French oak barrels, 25% of which is new, for twelve to fifteen months. 40 years average vine age.
Notes of ripe red fruits (blackcurrant) and sweet spices (cinnamon), very fleshy, of a nice intensity, with tasty and powerful tannins at the same time, excellent evolution.
